1. Use of the site

You may use this site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access areas or data you are not authorized to reach, or use it in any way that violates applicable law. All content on the site — text, imagery, logos, and the GUARD by Khoury name — is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without written permission. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change without notice; taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. We make every effort to describe and price products accurately, but errors can occur. If we discover a pricing or description error affecting your order, we may correct it, cancel the order, or contact you before shipping — and we will refund any amount already charged for a cancelled order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed only when we confirm shipment. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled per our [Returns Policy].

3. Product use & safety

GUARD is a PFAS-free, non-aerosol, water-repellent finish. It repels rain and everyday water-based spills. It is water-repellent — not a guarantee against oil, grease, or staining, and it is not oil-proof or stain-proof.

• Always test on a small, hidden spot first and let it dry before treating the full item.
• Follow the directions on the product label and the Safety Data Sheet (SDS). Use only as intended, in a ventilated space.
• Results vary by material, condition, and wear. Natural materials like suede, leather, and canvas can respond differently.
• Keep out of reach of children. For external use on footwear and bags only.

You are responsible for using the product responsibly and as directed. We do not accept liability for damage resulting from misuse, failure to test first, or use inconsistent with the label or SDS.

4. Membership — The Circle

The Circle is our free membership program. Creating an account makes you a member, with benefits such as exclusive member pricing and early access to releases. Members earn tier credits through purchases and other activity and may rise through tiers that carry additional benefits.

• No fee: membership is free. There is no subscription and nothing to renew or cancel.
• Tier credits: credits and tiers have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash, and are awarded and may be adjusted at our discretion.
• The Vault: the highest tier is private and by invitation only; eligibility and access are determined at our sole discretion.
• Benefits & terms may change: membership benefits, credit rates, and tier thresholds may change over time.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law. GUARD by Khoury will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of or damage to items treated with the product, to the extent such loss arises from misuse or use inconsistent with the label and SDS. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or membership giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in [COUNTY], Indiana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
