Ships from Indianapolis
Every order ships from Indianapolis, typically within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once it’s on its way, you’ll receive tracking by email.

Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. We’ll keep the tracking link current so you always know where your order stands.
A 30-day window
If GUARD isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Because this is a chemical product, we can only accept items that are unused and unopened, with the seal intact — this keeps every bottle we handle safe and accountable.
Once a bottle has been opened, we’re unable to take it back for safety reasons. If a bottle arrives damaged or defective, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Store and handle with care
GUARD is a water-based, non-aerosol, PFAS-free formula — but it’s still a chemical product and deserves sensible handling.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always follow the directions on the label, and refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full handling detail.
