Ships from Indianapolis
Orders aren’t open yet. Once they are, every order will ship from Indianapolis, typically within 1–2 business days of being placed, with tracking sent by email.

Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. We’ll keep the tracking link current so you always know where your order stands.
Calculated at checkout, never a surprise
We operate from Indianapolis, Indiana. Orders delivered within Indiana include the state’s 7% sales tax, worked out automatically at checkout from your delivery address — Indiana uses one statewide rate, so it’s the same at every ZIP code. Orders shipped to other states aren’t charged sales tax today. Whatever applies, the payment page shows the full amount before you confirm.
A 30-day window
If GUARD isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Because this is a chemical product, we can only accept items that are unused and unopened, with the seal intact — this keeps every bottle we handle safe and accountable.
Once a bottle has been opened, we’re unable to take it back for safety reasons. If a bottle arrives damaged or defective, reach out and we’ll make it right.
Beads in 30 days — or it’s free
This one is different, and it’s the promise behind every bottle: apply GUARD as directed, and if water doesn’t bead and roll off the treated material within 30 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a short video or photo of the result. We’ll refund the bottle in full — opened, used, no return shipment needed.
We only claim what the bottle can do, so we put money on it. The guarantee covers the materials on the label (suede, nubuck, smooth leather, canvas) applied per the directions; it isn’t a promise against oil or grease stains — GUARD is water-repellent, not oil- or stain-proof.
Store and handle with care
GUARD is a water-based, non-aerosol, PFAS-free formula — but it’s still a chemical product and deserves sensible handling.
- Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight.
- Keep out of the reach of children and pets.
- Always follow the directions on the label, and refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for full handling detail.
